Next, log into your PayPal account and go to ‘Banks and Cards’ in your profile. Click on ‘Link a new bank’. Then, enter the US payment service information you received from Payoneer. After entering the details, click on ‘Agree and Link’. PayPal will then send two small deposits to your Payoneer account to confirm it’s yours.
